| Notes | This sketch has appeared under three names. Originally known as "Sherlock Holmes", it was changed to "Sherlock Holmes meets Jermey Thorpe" in the Kulturshok show of 1979, to avoid confusion with an earlier LURG sketch of the same name. In the Ten running order it appeared as "Hound of the Baskervilles Quickie". To complicate things further, the Ten script titles it "Sherlock Holmes/Hound of the Baskervilles". All this for a one-minute "topical" sketch which relies on remembering the details of a trial which took place seven years earlier! |
